QUESTIONS WE ALWAYS GET
The things you're actually wondering.
It's not always cheaper — it's honest. Some of our work is priced similarly to mid-tier agencies. What we don't charge for is the overhead of corner offices, account managers who forward your emails to the actual worker, and "brand strategy workshops" that don't ship anything. You talk to the person doing the work. That removes cost.
Because every marketing agency I ever worked with as a sales leader was optimizing for the wrong thing — impressions, clicks, pretty dashboards — while we were trying to close revenue. Marketing and sales should be one motion. Most agencies don't build it that way. We do.
No. Retainers are month-to-month. If we're not performing, you can end the engagement with 30 days' notice — no cancellation fee, no "minimum spend" clause. We think forcing clients to stay is a confession that you can't keep them on results.
Depends on the service. Websites and paid lead gen show results in weeks. SEO is a 3–6 month investment before meaningful traffic gains. We'll tell you upfront which channels will work fast for your business and which are long plays — so you know what to expect.
We'll tell you. Then we'll refer you to someone in Edmonton who does it well — no kickbacks, no markup. Doing the wrong work badly hurts everyone. Saying "that's not us" is part of the no-BS part.
Yes — with a cap. We only take on clients we can meaningfully serve. If our calendar is full, we'll tell you and put you on a short waitlist. We won't pretend otherwise to book the revenue.
